The Simplified Tai Chi Chuan was created by the Physical Culture and Sports Commission of China. It’s a form that begins with simple movements gradually become more difficult and complicated. This form excompasses the essence and distinctive techniques of the conventional Tai-Chi Chuan form while eliminating repetitive movements. The form is composed of 24 movements (in 8 groups) designed as a complete form for the general public.
